Bustin' out my heavy bag and scraping the winter rust off of my chin-up bar that I built in my yard last year to start doing cicuit training on my off days.

Compared to the weight training that I do circuit training is a cake walk! Truly, I never do really have off days when cutting...when bulking I get to sit on my A$$ and drink a beer or two on non training days. :D

jumping rope sounds like fun, i admire the chin ups, you know i do!!!

PuhPine, You were the inspiration for the boxing-style circuit training. I've made leaps and bounds of progress in my back and biceps over the past several months...Chin ups and dead lifts are 100% to blame! I do bent over Rows, Lat Pull downs and seated cable/machine rows as accessory work too, but nothing gives you a more skin-tearing pump than 5 sets to failure on the chin-up bar!
