Today was super bowl. Ate too much at party. Did not drink wine but light beers. Chicken wings did me in. Tomorrow is new start.
I can do it.
135.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
