my only cheat days now are Sundays. Sundays are the least predictable day of my week since we eat dinner at the in-laws'. anywho! i am feeling less sick now so i am hoping to run tomorrow and get right back on track. -me

cool beans on keeping with the training. they had a half marathon that ran in Raleigh yesterday. lots of runners ! I'm off of work most of the week so am trying to get stuff done at home and that is a kind of exercise. May soccer tonight (tired though so may just kick back 'til I'm less tired). Love, Dad

OK Kid. per our call today, I will speak to you EVERY Thursday at around 2 PM (I hope) to check in with you for just 30 minutes and see how things are going. Great job on the run for way over 2 miles. Once pounds drop off the runs will become easier.. be careful to not get injured... I've had a few hurts (but we are strong people so you'll do fine) 8-)
