I didn't record my food Saturday or Sunday. I don't want to get on the scale tomorrow. I've just about given up. I start with good intentions then the weekend happens. Can you lose weight by just watching what you eat during the week. I guess I will see when I weigh in tomorrow. It is getting so I can't enjoy anything I hold dear to me. I love food but can't have much of that without gaining weight. I can't be outside and I love the outdoors because it seems ever time I turn around I have a tick on me. My spouse calls me a tick magnet.
