Well Everyone, I am not doing well. What I took off I put back on. Focus I must focus instead of just barely eating correctly. I have been eating too late before bedtime. I will do better today.
236.6 lb Lost so far: 3.9 lb.    Still to go: 36.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Never too late for a fresh start! Eating late is a temptation for sure. I get the nibbles at night and had to fight that as well. Hang in there and get back to it!
