So I reached my 10lb weight loss goal today. I'm at 194. Instead of 10lbs for my next weight loss goal I chose 14lbs so that I knock myself down to the 180lb level :) I'm happy but it feels weird because I haven't been even at the weight I am NOW since I was in a freshman in high school. I haven't weighed 180lbs since I was 12 years old.
My glucose levels are still in the 123-128 zone on morning fast and I don't like that. I keep hitting fast levels two hours after I eat. I'm taking in a week snapshot to my doctor to look at and I decided to try taking my Glimeperide in the evening instead of first thing in the morning to see if that helps.
I *am* happy about my weight dropping though :)
