Feeling so determinedto get back on track. I haven't weighed in so long but I just don't feel myself. I hate it. I'm not sure what I've turned into. I realised the reason I find it so difficult to turn down food at home id's firstly because I'm worried that they'll think I'm starving myself and secondly my mum is trying to lose weight too and I'm worried I'll offend her if I turn down her food and shame her into not eating it herself. She's losing weight so what she's doing is working for her because apparently I'm a good influence but I need to do a lot more because it just doesn't work for me .. I think I just need to tellher that and let her know that I know what I'm doing. Hopefully...
I'm going to start training for a 5k tomorrow to give me something to aim for. Much love guys. Glad to see you're all doing so well

YAY for 5ks! Ive done two now, they are fun! Just do as fast as you can, then next time try to beat your last goal. I also find it motivating to do the fun runs! Getting tshirts and taking pictures just makes it FUN! I did a glow in the dark one last year, and just finished a Color Run! I am signed up to do a mud run with my dog next month. My goal is to do a 5k each month and increase my speed! Then maybe do something longer next year...
