Still can't shake the affects of my earlier week BINGE... GRRRRR

Have a great weekend Buddies! :)
196.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

me either! I got up to 190 5 days ago.. I'm finally back to 188.0.. BUT I'd like to be back to pre-cheat.. at 187. Keep pushing.. You'll lose what you gained. My birthday is next week.. It's going to be like a yo yo.. I'm going to go right back up to 190. Watch and see. :/
