Well, my weight went up again today. I know I didn't fall off the wagon, I guess I'll just have to wait for the scale to show a loss. I was hoping I'd stay the same as yesterday (which was also up) and then see a big drop tomorrow. I know sometime this week it will drop, of course I was hoping sooner rather than later.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
