I was doing the Atkins Diet(low carb), but I felt fiber was a problem, since I don't like leafy green salads. I ate frozen mixed vegetables instead. Somehow eating mixed vegetables lead to sugar cravings. It took me awhile to figure out this pattern and even longer to figure out a possible solution: high carb - low fat raw Vegan. I am learning about this diet online. At this point I am still in an experimental stage, but I like eating unlimited fruit and vegetables so far. Having a good blender helps.
