Waist: 26.5 (1/2 inch lost)
Hips: 36.5 (1/2 inch lost)
Thighs: R-22.0 L-22.0 (1/2 inch lost)
Calves: R-13.5 L-13.5 (0 lost)
Total Inches Lost: 2.0 (14.5 inches since starting!!)

Did you have more energy?: Definitely.
Did you feel deprived?: Not one bit. I just find a low-carb substitute.
Did you cheat any?: Not at all.
How many times did you eat out at a restaurant?: None. Been snowed in!
How many minutes of exercise?: 38 minutes + some shoveling snow. Foot is still keeping me from doing a whole lot, which is why I didn't reach last week's goal of working out 3x.
Non-scale Victories?: Still losing inches!! Also, sticking with it when the scale isn't budging--and ignoring the scale when it is taunting me with excess water weight. Also getting LOTS of water this week!

Goals for the week:
1) Work out twice: [X] [X]
2) Add in greek yogurt slowly [ not met ]
3) Get 64 oz. water every day [ not met ]
