weigh in on Monday. I feel that I am stuck right now. I am still eating right. STILL going to the gym. And feel as the past three weeks I am stuck the same. There is no weight loss. NO real gain either. Feel kinda at a stale mate. SO I either need to lower my cal intake (which I dont think I have been doing bad. I get between 1200 - 1600 and 1600 is my "alloted" amount) or increase my excersise (whew which wld also be tough). I will admitt I have slipped past the 1600 a couple of times. I need to really watch that. I dont know. Just going to try to not be so discourage and keep it up. If nothing else... I FEEL better.
