The past week has gone REALLY WELL for staying on the diet, getting more exercise and making some great progress on my weight loss! 6 pounds in 7 days is pretty good, even if I was hoping for more, but I know more will come once I'm back in the Gym regularly! I'm trying to remember to track everything, which is getting easier as I do it regularly! I'm doing quite well on my Eat-Your-Way days too, compared to my Nutrisystem days! I am learning a lot (or rather, remembering a lot) when it comes to portioning and frequency! I suck when it comes to my cashew/sunflower seed consumption, but as I get more will-power, I know I will get better there! I'm going to keep pushing to workout daily, since it helps keep me consistent! Skipping 1 day just leads to 2 and 3 more days skipped! Well, that's all for now! Hope everyone is having a great day!
