I've done pretty good over the past 3 months staying vegetarian. This morning the cravings overcame my will power. I stopped at McDonalds for the first time in 6 months or better and got a Choc. Chip Frappe and Egg McMuffin. It was the most delicious thing I've had in months. I miss cheese, dairy, and meat so badly. I try to mask all my vegetarian meals to taste like the original meaty, cheesy version. It just doesn't satisfy like the real thing. *Struggling* badly today.

Its ok... dont be hard on yourself. Just shake your head, think about your goals and get back on the swing.....;) Being on a calorie reduction diet is hard enough, but going vegan is torture! Do you really miss this food. If so you arenot enjoying your food. You have to like what you eat, to be successful. Anyway , we are here for you to air your problems. ☆☆☆

Screw it... I decided that if Im going to fail today, that I want to just get it out of my system. I LOVE being vegetarian, don't get me wrong. I really do like what I eat, but its one of those things where you want what you can't have. I decided to just go all out and eat meat and cheese and consider it one of those needed releases. I quit meat and dairy purely for health reasons. I thinks its better than picking up a cigarette to curb my cravings. I'm not even stressed out today... just dying to taste something bad for me. I ordered everything on the menu at lunch. The jalapeno poppers, potato boats with cheese and bacon, cheese sticks, and chicken strips... I even dipped them all in ranch dressing and sour cream, damnit. Tomorrow, the memory of this will all be flushed down the toilet, figuratively and literally speaking.

I do better when I eat more dairy; not vegetarian person but I respect your ability and desire to do it that way. Your avatar is cute !!! I love kitties.

That's the attitude!! just get it over and done with and you'll be just fine. Its like your body craves things, then once you've eaten it, you can manage! !-)
