So I'm back to pre-Christmas weight...getting back to that fitness level too. It's been fun, and I'm hoping to go another ten pounds or so...I started at 173 two years ago, and I have seen real changes ths past ten pounds. It motivates me to keep getting healthier, whether that actually means losing ten more pounds or just becoming more fit at my weight, whoo!

1931 kcal Fat: 67.10g | Prot: 88.88g | Carb: 250.24g.   Breakfast: Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Light Brown Muscovado Sugar, Instant Oatmeal - Plain, Milk (Nonfat), Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A). Lunch: Sour Dough Bread, Green Peppers, Deli Fresh Shaved Chicken Breast, Old Fashioned Chicken Noodle Soup, Tomato Slice, Havarti Cheese. Dinner: spinach leaves, dried cranberries, Butter, olive oil, artichoke hearts, thin spaghetti noodles, parmesan cheese shaved. Snacks/Other: Strawberries, Cream Cheese, Pita Bread, Peanut Butter, Frozen Yogurt, Milk Chocolate Candies. more...
