So I'm back to pre-Christmas weight...getting back to that fitness level too. It's been fun, and I'm hoping to go another ten pounds or so...I started at 173 two years ago, and I have seen real changes ths past ten pounds. It motivates me to keep getting healthier, whether that actually means losing ten more pounds or just becoming more fit at my weight, whoo!

1931 kcal Fat: 67.10g | Prot: 88.88g | Carb: 250.24g.   Breakfast: Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Milk (Nonfat), Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Light Brown Muscovado Sugar, Instant Oatmeal - Plain. Lunch: Sour Dough Bread, Green Peppers, Havarti Cheese, Tomato Slice, Old Fashioned Chicken Noodle Soup, Deli Fresh Shaved Chicken Breast. Dinner: parmesan cheese shaved, thin spaghetti noodles, artichoke hearts, olive oil, Butter, spinach leaves, dried cranberries. Snacks/Other: Frozen Yogurt, Strawberries, Peanut Butter, Pita Bread, Cream Cheese, Milk Chocolate Candies. more...
