So I'm back to pre-Christmas weight...getting back to that fitness level too. It's been fun, and I'm hoping to go another ten pounds or so...I started at 173 two years ago, and I have seen real changes ths past ten pounds. It motivates me to keep getting healthier, whether that actually means losing ten more pounds or just becoming more fit at my weight, whoo!

Diet Calendar Entry for 04 February 2011:
1931 kcal Fat: 67.10g | Prot: 88.88g | Carb: 250.24g.   Breakfast: Instant Oatmeal - Plain, Light Brown Muscovado Sugar, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Milk (Nonfat), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: Green Peppers, Tomato Slice, Deli Fresh Shaved Chicken Breast, Sour Dough Bread, Havarti Cheese, Old Fashioned Chicken Noodle Soup. Dinner: thin spaghetti noodles, spinach leaves, artichoke hearts, Butter, olive oil, parmesan cheese shaved, dried cranberries. Snacks/Other: Frozen Yogurt, Strawberries, Peanut Butter, Milk Chocolate Candies, Cream Cheese, Pita Bread. more...
