So I'm back to pre-Christmas weight...getting back to that fitness level too. It's been fun, and I'm hoping to go another ten pounds or so...I started at 173 two years ago, and I have seen real changes ths past ten pounds. It motivates me to keep getting healthier, whether that actually means losing ten more pounds or just becoming more fit at my weight, whoo!

1931 kcal Fat: 67.10g | Prot: 88.88g | Carb: 250.24g.   Breakfast: Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Milk (Nonfat), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Instant Oatmeal - Plain, Light Brown Muscovado Sugar. Lunch: Havarti Cheese, Green Peppers, Old Fashioned Chicken Noodle Soup, Tomato Slice, Deli Fresh Shaved Chicken Breast, Sour Dough Bread. Dinner: thin spaghetti noodles, olive oil, spinach leaves, dried cranberries, Butter, artichoke hearts, parmesan cheese shaved. Snacks/Other: Milk Chocolate Candies, Strawberries, Pita Bread, Frozen Yogurt, Peanut Butter, Cream Cheese. more...
