So I'm back to pre-Christmas weight...getting back to that fitness level too. It's been fun, and I'm hoping to go another ten pounds or so...I started at 173 two years ago, and I have seen real changes ths past ten pounds. It motivates me to keep getting healthier, whether that actually means losing ten more pounds or just becoming more fit at my weight, whoo!

1931 kcal Fat: 67.10g | Prot: 88.88g | Carb: 250.24g.   Breakfast: Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Milk (Nonfat), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Light Brown Muscovado Sugar, Instant Oatmeal - Plain. Lunch: Old Fashioned Chicken Noodle Soup, Sour Dough Bread, Deli Fresh Shaved Chicken Breast, Tomato Slice, Havarti Cheese, Green Peppers. Dinner: Butter, olive oil, artichoke hearts, thin spaghetti noodles, parmesan cheese shaved, dried cranberries, spinach leaves. Snacks/Other: Frozen Yogurt, Pita Bread, Strawberries, Cream Cheese, Milk Chocolate Candies, Peanut Butter. more...
