So I'm back to pre-Christmas weight...getting back to that fitness level too. It's been fun, and I'm hoping to go another ten pounds or so...I started at 173 two years ago, and I have seen real changes ths past ten pounds. It motivates me to keep getting healthier, whether that actually means losing ten more pounds or just becoming more fit at my weight, whoo!

1931 kcal Fat: 67.10g | Prot: 88.88g | Carb: 250.24g.   Breakfast: Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Milk (Nonfat), Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Light Brown Muscovado Sugar, Instant Oatmeal - Plain. Lunch: Green Peppers, Havarti Cheese, Sour Dough Bread, Deli Fresh Shaved Chicken Breast, Old Fashioned Chicken Noodle Soup, Tomato Slice. Dinner: thin spaghetti noodles, artichoke hearts, olive oil, spinach leaves, Butter, parmesan cheese shaved, dried cranberries. Snacks/Other: Peanut Butter, Strawberries, Milk Chocolate Candies, Cream Cheese, Frozen Yogurt, Pita Bread. more...
