Today is going well so far, but my problems with my appetite usually happen at night. OMG, I crave chips, chocolate, ice cream, fast food, and everything but fruits, vegetables, yogurt, or milk. I could go on with my cravings but I might get hungry. I will try to be strong and not pig out tonight...like I did last night at Wendy's.
