I am pretty sure that I haven't been eating enough, but it's hard to be completely sure since my days kinda run together when I work. Glad to have these next three nights off to recover and maybe get some cooking and freezing done for the next round of nights. And to actually be able to have some days that feel like I am in control!

I hate how night shift takes such a toll on me, but day-shift is a crazy beast considering discharges and new admissions, plus the fact that I would make a lot less $$$. Only a couple more years and I should be able to afford to work day-shift!

I am still certain that South Beach is the right diet for me, but I hate feeling deprived. Alas, it has only been 3 days and a wake up, so I keep going along and praying the cravings will end soon.
167.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 47.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
