My 1st day was not a hit, but I am a slow starter. Need to start the exercise, but the next few weeks are so busy for me. I really need to get up a little earlier and get busy walking!

Hi sis...glad your on FS with me again. I am losing weight but it is slow...which is fine with me! I have started walking on my trail runner this last week...so hopefully I will be able to lose a little more than what I've been losing. What program do you have on your phone? I ordered a program called Food Lovers Fat Loss System the other day...so I'll let you know how it goes. I signed Austin up on FS also...because we are all on a healthly eating kick now. He has been on this program for approx. 3 weeks and has lost 5.5lbs.
