Going out to eat with my parents and hubby this evening, and we are going to Fatz Cafe. Every restaurant should have a tool like this one, for anyone to plan what they want to eat ahead of time and how to have it prepared for them. This is cool:

I did enjoy it :) Tomorrow is weigh in day for WW and here. Hoping to have kicked the 1.4 gain from last week to the curb. Saturday is my first 5K, I'm ready !!!! Did three complete runs last week, and one this week with my best time of 49:36 (I'm walking it). Walked every day at least 1.5 but these 4 days were tests to see if I could do it. I'm going to do a 1.5 mile at my dinner tonight and MAYBE the same tomorrow after Curves in the AM. Don't want to overdo the day before.
