Well mad at myself for having to restart! I am down 9lbs from a month ago using Alli. Knee pain is so bad it's difficult to walk or stand, I average about 3500 steps a day. Goal #1 get back to the 223 at last log in. Goal #2 Walk 4500 steps a day. YOU CAN DO THIS!!
263.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 113.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
