194? Must be water retention, that's all I can say. Not much exercise yesterday, but low enough calories to not gain if to not lose. Maybe it was big muscle build up. ~8-D
194.0 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
