If we must eat, don’t eat out of duty, eat out of delight. Don’t think that another plate of food will help you with your errant children, or your lover. We have to be very honest with ourselves.

Made me think of the dream I had last night. I was working on some kind of scholarly project and I got paired up with Barack Obama. LOL. I think it was because I was cleaning out my contacts and sorting them so I can sync them all up (tedious but strangely enjoyable process for me) and I saw Barack Obama in my contact list. Just struck me funny.

Beets, I am friends with her on facebook - I saw her in person as a speaker at the Boston Conference for Women a couple of years ago and I found her phenomenal. Her talk on gratitude was excellent - my daughter and I were delighted to have the privilege to see her.

Must Google to find out who Angelou is. A seriously good quote, lol. Honesty is the clincher, always. Despite all the wonderful people around us, its inside our heads that need to get stuff out. This morning, the session at the gym reminded me that nothing feels better than moving my muscles. Not even kissing and being in love, lol. Honestly. My head got turned right back round to where it is feeling good about myself first, on my own, where true happiness starts. Know what I mean, right?! Have a good day, Abba.
