did okay today, so far so good. Finding it VERY hard to work out. NO TIME! so i'm just trying to stick with calorie counting/portion control/and working out when i can. For the record. felt great afterwards..until the lactic acid started it's magic. DRinking alot of gourmet coffees for my treats. God bless sugar free skinny lattes !!
