A March snow storm arrived in the wee hours of the morning and I awoke to several inches of snow on my car!! We are supposed to get several inches in the valleys and 3 to 6 inches in the mountains today. In addition the temp is supposed to drop to a low of 9 to 16 degrees tonight!! Just when I thought Spring was around the corner!! LOL!! Oh well. Another slight drop on Frank this morning, I'm only 1.6 lbs away from achieving my next mini-goal of 213 lbs., a low I achieved back in 2004 when I lost a bunch of weight eating vegetarian, using a lot of Dr. McDougal's food. I am also a mere 7.6 lbs. away from my half-way point towards reaching my goal. Very exciting. So, I guess the winter weather means I have more time to shed pounds in preparation for lighter clothing as the weather warms! Life is good.
214.6 lb Lost so far: 44.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Great, you will soon be lower than you have been in almost 5 years! Life certainly is good. :-)

Not quite ... I actually got down to 189 lbs in 2007 for about a month!! LOL!!! But still it is great!! As I arrive at each "low" former weight I feel like I getting closer to the place I want to be ... which basically is not to gain it back!!
