for the past few days i havent been feeling myself, i only ate lunch and dinner this past weekend and they were fair size portions and i have been working out like crazy and to my surprise i only lost 1 pound, it irritates me so much that i do an extend amount of workout and i lose 1 pound not the results i was looking for but i guess its a start to get to my ideal weight.

You must eat breakfast, girl! It's the most important meal of the day. You could rather skip dinner , but it's also not the best idea. Having proper breakfast and lunch and dinner snack instead of whole meal maybe would help... Or! You not eating enough. If you eat less then 1200 your body might hold your weight as it's in starvation mode. Just make sure you eat more than 1200 kcal. Good luck with our goal! :)
