Ugh. 3 lbs increase over the past week or so. I would wager at least 1 lb of it is muscle but definitely not all of it.

Need to lay off the cookies and soda.
244.8 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 37.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.2 lb a week
