I didn't follow the diet very well, but I tried to keep my calorie count within range and I strive to keep my carbs under 150 grams a day. I can feel when I have gone over my carb goal; I feel like crap.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
