Third day of the 30 day shred. I'm sore. I got on the treadmill today, I hadn't gone on since Fri. It was really hard, my legs were killing me. Probably because I went on it after my session with jillian. Tommorow I'm going to do the treadmill first, then the workout video, and see how that goes.

Take it from me after 3-4 days the soreness starts to work itself out. I was miserable the first 4 days after starting the workout. I could hardly stand up. But persistance paid off. I did Level II beginning March 1 which was my goal. I started Level I Feb 5th. Now, I won't say the soreness is completely gone, now from Level II she's found new places to make me sore, but not like before. Last night, I actually cool down from her workout on my treadmill, at 2.0 pace for about 10 minutes, then no more than 3.7 for another 30 minutes last night. I did put it at a 5% incline also. I couldn't imagine running on treadmill after her workout.
