Okay so I've completely fallen off of the wagon. My eating isn't bad but I've stopped using my food journal. I don't know why but I have lost my motivation. Over the weekend I thought I had it back. But so far I have not started working out again.
Saturday I was able to take a little bit of money and go buy some new clothes. And the most amazing part of it was that all of the clothes I bought (and no it wasn't alot) was all out of the plus sizes. Nothing had a W after it. That was so awesome and I was so excited. I thought that would get me moving again. I have been busy but not workout busy. I have to get back on track. But I just dn't know how. It's nothing unusual for me to get off track with my journaling but my workouts havn't been bad. Even on a bad week I would at least workout twice. Now I haven't workouted out since Janurary. And I am so tired all of the time again. So I know that is why. I don't know I guess I will get there again sometime soon.
