For eating at buffets daily, losing two pounds wasn't expected. I'm betting it was glycogen since I wasn't lifting and my body thus got rid of its "extra". Looking forward to pounding out the final phase of Sean's program starting Monday. I looked over the routine and it looks awesome!
162.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
