So, It turns out I have a "slow" thyroid and now have to take medication. The doctor told me to be liberal with my eating habits the first week on them to keep my body from freaking out then ... to go back to a healthier diet.

She said that way I will stabilize on the meds then I should be loosing ~1-2lbs a week and feeling way better than I have been.

So... we'll see....
238.8 lb Lost so far: 26.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
