Started the weight loss program today. I'm committed to sticking to the diet and following the program to change my lifestyle and get healthy.I want food to be a delight in my life but not to bolster my feelings of loneliness or sadness. I also do not want to over indulge just because I live alone and I can do whatever I want. what I want is to wear nice clothes that looke good, run around with my grandchildren and be alive to see them grow up and be able to experience fun things with them in their life. I also want to set the example for them and my children to be accountable for their actions and to care about how you live and look.
