Dang, a month later and I've put some weight on. I did start doing creatine 3 or 4 weeks ago and I know that will add a lot of water weight, but I certainly didnt expect this much. I have worked out really well the past month adding in some T25, but I've also eaten pretty poorly - especially on the weekends. I'm going to have to decide what I want to do about the creatine. I'm definitely stronger than I have been in a long time, so I know I've added muscle too. And my pants don't seem to be any tighter. I need to do the fat calipers to see where I really am. Btw, DJ hit his year mark! And I just got back from visiting my Mom in Provo. I also just turned 44...
