So excited that I'm 190! It totally makes up for the scale not changing at all last week and gives me motivation to eat well this coming week! I'm weighing in now because I fly in a few hours to NC to visit some family and friends.. here's to making good decisions over the weekend I'm away!
190.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
