Walked .5 mile while feeding my horses today. Only got a half hour break at work today, but I managed to get all my workout done in that 1/2 hr. Stood for the first two hours of work. After I get off at 300 am .. Ill be jumping in the car and driving 3 1/2 hrs to Roanoke for The Color Run!!

The Arms Challenge
Day 4
8 tricep dips
5 push ups
10 Mountain Climbers

The Lunge Challenge
Day 4 - 35 Lunges each leg

The Thigh Challenge
Day 4 - Rest Day
