This has been a bad week. I am up 3 this week. There are things going on in my personal life that I just can't shake. I had to see something this week I wish I had not. My weight gain is probably stress and sodium related. Monday I return to work after a 2 week break. For a change I will be glad to return. I can think about other things, and hopefully get my food back on track.
So FS friends...... here's to a better week!! ♥
158.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hugs. Get that water. I'm in the same boat. A whole bottle of wine to myself last night. You can imagine how stressful that ended.... Here's to a better week for us both!

Yep lots of water! Its unlikely you gained 3lbs of fat in a week, so if you had lots of sodium try to flush it out! I hope whatever it is bringing you down gets better!

I'm so sorry for your troubles Rose. It's so hard to stay on track when stress & unpleasant events hit. Water is great, & that's one of my big problems is I don't drink nearly enough straight water. I even have a big Brita water jug in my fridge, but nearly always use "water enhancers" to flavor it a bit. I'm praying for a much better week ahead for you! (( HUGS ))
