8 minutes on the trampoline. A bit better. Had a couple beers after work and toast with butter. Was no longer hungry for dinner. Funny because I was really hungry after work. Being a bit lazy tonight. Energy sapping week. Will go to the gym tomorrow I've been going for strength/circuit on Tuesdays and either Friday or Sat. Trainer said at least 2 days between. It doesn't seem enough to me. I need to work on upping cardio this coming week now that my lungs are doing better again.
