I've had a lot of up and downs these past couple weeks since my last recorded diet and weigh ins. Hoping to get back on the horse next week, but I am proud of the fact that I've lost another 3 pounds.
315.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 115.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
