Haven't been logging in, but never far from my mind. When I move to VT I had gained about 14 lbs and was at my general high setpoint. I did an 8 week stint as a chef in a commercial kitchen - on my feet 8 hours straight - lifting, moving, chopping & sweating. Lost it all and another 4 lbs to boot. So up and down since then, but have stayed around 225 which seems to be my low setpoint. today a little lower. If I really put my mind to it I could make that leap to the next 10 lb increment. Spring is coming (slowly here in VT) it was still 19 degrees this morning, I can't wait to get out and do some walking.
