Josie Ann's Journal, 04 April 2014

Kinda disappointed with basically zero loss. I did wake up bloaty and with an upset stomach this morning, but as my TOM finished I wanted to get my weigh in done, and apparently I should have waited. I've been doing well, so I will weigh in again soon to see if today is just a blip.

Some days I just hate being on a diet! Do well, do bad, either way the scale finds a way to screw you over.

Well, you know I adore you and hate the scale. Want me to tuck yours under the bed with mine? I haven't moved mine yet, and I hit it with my foot walking into the bathroom today ... I'd almost swear it JUMPED in front of my foot on purpose if you ask me... but I still refused to get on it. I'm moving back to monthly weighing unless my clothes feel tight or I know from recording I'm exceeding 'moderation'.

Bahahah! Scales are such a misery, but a necessary evil all the same. Thanks as always for your steady support and I just have to learn to not let the scale readings throw me for an emotional loop whatever the readings may be. I won't quit and I know you won't either in this area of your life! I wish you a great week!
