I can't remember a time that I have been so vigilant with exercise. I can't get discouraged that the weight isn't coming off. I'm hoping and praying that I've gained 4 pounds of muscle!!! I will stick to 1700 calories per day on weekedays and no more than 1800 on weekends and see if that can help me get over this hump.
221.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 41.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

If you are exercising a lot, you need to take your measurements so you can see what you are losing in inches. The scale is only one way to measure weight loss. If you have sore muscles, your muscles are retaining water to help themselves heal (exercise causes tears). You may show a gain on the scale because of this. Drink some extra water. Just keep eating healthy and exercising, it will all show somewhere. Good luck!
