Biggest Loser weigh in today at 11:00am. Making good progress.


Weight at home yesterday morning was 343.4. Roughly a 3 lb variance between totals.
340.3 lb Lost so far: 55.7 lb.    Still to go: 90.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
