I feel a renewed energy to really follow through this time. I went to the gym last night and walked on my break at work today. I am going to walk my dog tonight. I am going to work at getting to the gym 3 days a week and walk in between times. I am going to follow my Weight Watcher points and my goal is to lose 2 lbs a week. That way I reach my goal by next summer. That would be fantastic. I would also hit 200 by the end of the year. What a way to start the new year. I know you're supposed to set small goals and make those first, but that frustrates me. I want to see the big picture and know what I can do if I really set my mind to it. I have clothes I want to fit in along the way and Mom keeps telling me to give them away. I'm going to prove her wrong and show her I can get back into them.
