The scale does not lie! I really need to stick to my eating and exercising plan. Eventually the weight will come off. I am really trying to make this a lifestyle choice!
194.6 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
