Yeah I am, I snack a lot through out the day. Alot of the time I forget to put those foods on my diet calendar. I also drink 2 cups of coffee in the morning that I put cream and sugar in. I don't log it because I don't ever measure out how much I actually put in my cup. You are right though I do need to eat more at meal time. I honestly just haven't had time to get to the grocery store. LOL!!! Such is life I guess.
