Had dinner planned but was really hungry when I arrived home. Still really tired after my day. Made a toasted peanut butter and apple butter sandwich to hold me through like I do on workout days, lunch is @ 10:30. 3 hours later I am still too full to eat dinner. Jumped not just easy bounces on my trampoline for 5 minutes, my ankles said break time! Lots of arthritis in them. Fun but WOW. Possibly severe storms predicted for tonight, normal spring. Might be why my ankles are sensitive.

Careful jumping on that thing! :) The storms might definitely have something to do with the added pain in the bones! It's common for weather to affect fragilized bones that way.

Going easy, it is supposed to be low impact. So just going pretty easy and
Building up, hopefully it will work with my body. If it doesn't work for me it's going to grandkids. Weather is crazy here in Missouri all year. We had major storms come through last night that escalated east of us into tornado warnings. I've been good today, a year ago I would have had trouble walking.

Low impact exercise still has a high impact on fat burning, time being the key thing. It's great that you've improved from last year! :)
