Today is Day 3 I am down 2 pounds. I stayed very strict on my diet yesterday so I am so happy I got results. I am following a very specific plan and this morning I could not eat all my breakfast. So Im hoping this is a new trend. Last night I ate later than I usually do So I was so hungry but I did not over eat and ended up just going to sleep to try to distract myself and it worked. With 3 kids however that is not always an option.
I am going to start my workout plan today. I am going to try and walk or do a work out DVD.
