I've done well with my exercise this week. I am feeling a little indulgent though. I have 5 COOKIES. Yes they were made with splenda and on 3 carbs but I didn't have to eat 5 cookies. And I ate 2 servings of dressing. I only needed one!I guess once I realized I had only eaten 700 cal before dinner I packed them all the way up to 1300. But I can't exercise with out eating. How can I decrease my carb intake....
