So, obviously carbs and sugars are the problem..in the past few days i cut back on carbs and sugars. I only had some oatmeal or a slice of a whole wheat bread in breakfast or 20 gm of 72% dark chocolate as a snack in the morning. And here i am losing some more weight again after struggling with the stupid plan my former health coach gave me. I guess we know our bodies and needs more than anyone else..we just need to read more about food ingredients and elements and decide what really works for us..we just need patience and we will definitely learn.
225.8 lb Lost so far: 7.9 lb.    Still to go: 58.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
