As mentioned not gonna weigh in every day anymore but I will keep active.
Our kids have a challenge each week to turn in a form on how much fitness activity their entire family did so this will keep me motivated! I did 20 min ab workout and did 20 mins of Wii Just Dance! I thought why are my kids not playing this anymore and its gaining dust on it. I love to dance and I sweated more doing this than any activity lately. Who knew :)
